Meet Our Owner, Heather Burbeck-Rodriguez

Heather Burbeck-Rodriguez has been a dedicated part of our company for nearly 19 years, bringing years of experience, passion, and commitment to the business. In August 2024, Heather proudly took the next step in her journey by becoming the owner of General Cleaners and CRDN.

As an outstanding and dedicated owner, Heather is committed to building on the company’s strong foundation while bringing fresh ideas and a renewed vision for the future. She has many new and exciting plans ahead, with a focus on continuing to grow the business, improve the customer experience, and provide the exceptional service our customers have come to know and trust.

Meet Our Co-Owner, Miguel Rodriguez

Miguel Rodriguez has been a valued part of General Cleaners for the past three years and recently took on an exciting new role as co-owner alongside his wife, Heather Burbeck-Rodriguez.

Miguel is a proud and dedicated leader of both our CRDN team and General Cleaners. His strong work ethic, hands-on leadership, and commitment to our team and customers do not go unnoticed. He takes great pride in the work we do and is always looking for ways to help our team grow and provide the exceptional service our customers deserve.

Meet Our Plant Manager, JoAnn Clare

JoAnn Clare is truly the heart and brains behind our operations. With over 30 plus years of dedication to our company. JoAnn leads our day-to-day production operations and plays an essential role in the quality and care behind everything we do at General Cleaners and CRDN. Her extensive knowledge, hands-on experience, and attention to detail allow her to expertly clean, care for, and restore our customers’ items to the best possible condition.

Meet Our Customer Service Manager, Rebecca Quenneville

Rebecca Quenneville has been a valued member of our team for over 11 years. She began her journey with General Cleaners right out of high school ,through years of hard work, dedication, and growth, has worked her way into her current role as our Customer Service Manager.

Rebecca oversees the customer service operations across all of our General Cleaners locations, helping ensure that our stores run smoothly and that every customer receives the exceptional care and service they deserve. From supporting our team members to assisting customers and resolving their needs, Rebecca is committed to making sure every customer has a positive experience.

Meet Our Business Development Professional, Danielle Paulson

Danielle Paulson has been a valued member of our team for the past five years and plays an important role in our CRDN operations. As our Business Development Professional, Danielle is dedicated to ensuring that our restoration customers receive exceptional care and support throughout every step of the restoration process.

Danielle takes the lead on projects and deliveries, helping coordinate services and making sure each job is handled with care, organization, and attention to detail. She also assists with CRDN marketing efforts, helping us build strong relationships within the community and continue to grow our restoration services.
